API Keys and Third-Party Services

API Key Storage: Inteldash requires API keys for various third-party services to function properly. By using Inteldash, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your API keys are stored securely in your browser cookies and are not stored on Inteldash servers
• Your API keys are passed via Inteldash server (to handle CORS) to respective third-party services to fetch data
• You are responsible for the security and proper use of your API keys
• You must comply with the terms and conditions of each third-party service whose API keys you use

Third-Party Services: Inteldash integrates with various third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service. By using Inteldash, you acknowledge that:

• You are subject to the terms and conditions of each third-party service you use through Inteldash
• Inteldash is not affiliated with these third-party services unless explicitly stated
• Inteldash does not endorse any third-party service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Inteldash only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Inteldash:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair Inteldash

Inteldash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inteldash and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Inteldash is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Inteldash will always be secure, error-free, or available.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inteldash be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use Inteldash.
